Our Teen and Senior Performing Company teams are both 2019 StarQuest National Champions!
Our Senior Team are the 2022 & 2023 Power Rank Champions for the Star Dance Alliance!

The CenterStage Performing Company (CSPC) is a team of dedicated young dancers who participate in competitions in and near Arkansas throughout the dance season. They compete as groups, soloists, and duo/trios. The CSPC attends dance class at least twice a week to rehearse their numbers and work on technique.
The CSPC has won several awards at past competitions, including winning first place overall in their respective divisions many times and placing in the top ten and top five frequently. They have also been the recipients of choreography and entertainment awards.
***Try outs for the 2024-2025 CenterStage Performing Company will be held May 25, 2024. Schedule and details to be provided!
The CSPC is divided into four age groups:
Petite CSPC: ages 5-8
Junior CSPC: ages 9-10
Teen CSPC : ages 11 - 13
Senior CSPC: ages 14-18

What to Wear

Ballet
TINY AND MINI BALLET
Students in Tiny Dance or Mini Ballet need pink ballet shoes
PETITE AND JUNIOR BALLET
Students in Petite Ballet or Junior Ballet need pink split sole ballet shoes
Students in ballet classes may wear a leotard with a skirt or shorts. Students in Petite and Junior ballet may also wear a fitted top or sports bra with shorts or leggings.
Tap
TINY AND MINI TAP
Students in Tiny Dance or Mini Tap need black patent leather Mary Jane style tap shoes.
PETITE, JUNIOR, PRETEEN, AND TEEN
Students in Petite, Junior, Preteen, or Teen Tap need black leather slip on tap shoes.
Students in tap classes may wear a leotard or fitted top/sports bra with shorts or leggings.
Jazz
PETITE, JUNIOR, PRETEEN, AND TEEN JAZZ
Students in any jazz class needs tan slip on jazz shoes. Students in jazz classes may wear a leotard or fitted top/sports bra with shorts or leggings
Hip Hop
PETITE AND JUNIOR HIP HOP
Students in hip hop classes may wear any type of sneaker to class. Specific shoes for Recital will be assigned to each class. Follow the link on this page to find your hip hop shoes.
Lyrical and Pointe
LYRICAL
Students in lyrical will need canvas half sole shoes.
POINTE
Students in pointe will need to go to Footlights to be fitted for pointe shoes in order to find the right shoes for their feet.
Students in Lyrical and pointe may wear a leotard or fitted top with a skirt or shorts.
Tumbling
Students in tumbling will be barefoot for class. They may wear a leotard or fitted top/sports bra with shorts or leggings.
This year’s Recital theme is Wild About Dancing! It will be held at the Grand Prairie Center on Sunday, June 1, 2025.
All classes participate in the CenterStage Dance Studio Recital, and must attend Dress Rehearsal on Saturday, june 1, 2024. Schedule to be provided!
The event is free, but you may purchase tickets for reserved seating if you like! Tickets for reserved seating will be available May 1, 2025.
